HOW TO GET THERE
FLIGHTS
If you are flying in, we recommend flying into San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Due to the layout of the area and limited rideshare availability, we suggest renting a car or arranging a car service for the duration of your stay to make getting around easier.
Transportation
Transportation will be provided to both the Welcome Party and the Wedding. As the celebration gets closer, we'll share pickup locations, shuttle schedules, and other transportation details here. Please check back for updates!

A room block has been reserved, please view the link for a discounted rate. Please contact the Montage Healdsburg with any questions in regards to the room block.
The Lodge at Healdsburg
Six minutes away from the Montage, and just outside the heart of Healdsburg Town Square. There will be transportation provided the day of the wedding. A small block of rooms have been reserved for our guests. Additional rooms outside of the block will be released for booking 4–6 months prior to the wedding date. Please reach out to the hotel with any questions.
The Hotel Trio
Just next door to the Lodge at Healdsburg. There will be transportation provided the day of the wedding. Details in regards to transportation will be provided at a later date. We recommend booking at your earliest convenience.

Pickup and Drop Off Details
Welcome Party:
Busses will depart the front entrance of Hotel Trio promptly at 4:30 PM.
*For guests staying at the Lodge at Healdsburg, please make your way through the back parking lot of Hotel Trio Healdsburg, to the front where busses will pick you up. This will be approx. 1 minute of walking across the street. If you have any questions, please ask the front desk at The Lodge to direct you.
Busses will depart the welcome party at approximately 7:30 PM and bring all guests back to their appropriate hotels. Please make sure you ride the bus that is designated to your hotel to ensure everyone has enough seats.
Wedding Day:
Busses will depart the front entrance of Hotel Trio at promptly 3:45 PM.
*For guests staying at the Lodge at Healdsburg, please make your way through the back parking lot of Hotel Trio, to the front where busses will pick you up. This will be approx. 1 minute of walking across the street. The image above shows the exact location of the pickup.*
On the wedding day, busses will begin pickup loops at 10:45 PM, with last pickup at 11:55 PM.

No busses necessary! Please make your way to the Grand Lawn no later than 4:15 PM as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

What is the dress code for the wedding?
Dress Code: Black Tie
Gentlemen: Tuxedos preferred; dark suits are welcome.
Ladies: Floor-length gowns or elegant formal dresses.
Please note that our ceremony and reception will be outdoors, so we recommend bringing a jacket or shawl for later in the evening. For the ladies, please be sure to wear a shoe that is suitable for the lawn.
What is the dress code for the welcome party?
Our welcome party is inspired by the relaxed elegance of Sonoma wine country. Cocktail attire is encouraged, with cocktail dresses or elevated separates for the ladies, and sport coats, collared shirts, or sweaters paired with dress pants for the gentlemen.
As the sun sets, Sonoma evenings can be cool, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap. Since our celebration will take place on the lawn, we also recommend choosing footwear that's comfortable for grass.
Will transportation be provided?
Yes! Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the wedding for guests staying at our designated hotels listed on our website.
What time does wedding begin?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please make sure you arrive no later than 4:15 PM to get your seat and make your way down to the Grand Lawn.
